We are engineering DNA nanorobots to identify and neutralize Clostridioides difficile infections.

• Targeting C. difficile toxins with stimuli-responsive nanorobots
• Delivering antimicrobial peptides and enzyme inhibitors
• Fluorescent signal output to confirm delivery

Scaffold used: M13mp18 DNA for stable and programmable nanostructures.
