Intellectual Property Rights Waiver

Volunteers may contribute to projects involving intellectual property, such as educational tools, content creation, or technological innovations. By participating in these projects, volunteers agree to assign all rights, titles, and interests in any work created during their service to FutureTech Foundation.

• Ownership: Any work, content, or invention developed while volunteering is the property of FutureTech Foundation.
• Usage: FutureTech Foundation may use, adapt, or distribute volunteer contributions as needed to support its mission.
• Acknowledgment: Contributions may be acknowledged in project outputs, but all rights to the intellectual property remain with the foundation.

For any questions about intellectual property, please reach out to our legal team. This waiver ensures FutureTech Foundation has the full rights necessary to use and protect work created within the organization.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

As part of our commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information, we request all volunteers to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

The NDA safeguards our proprietary information, including ongoing projects, strategies, and other confidential matters related to our organization.

Intellectual Property Rights Waiver

Volunteers involved in creating content, tools, or innovations for FutureTech Foundation agree to assign all intellectual property rights to the foundation. This waiver is designed to ensure that FutureTech Foundation has complete ownership over all work produced, protecting our ability to use, adapt, and expand these projects as needed to fulfill our mission.
